Take the cotton candy chews I make, run them through the freeze dryer, and what comes out is this airy, crunchy, completely different texture experience. Same flavor, totally different bite.
The base is organic unsalted butter, glucose syrup, and pure granulated cane sugar with botanical-sourced flavoring. Freeze drying removes the moisture and creates that light, crispy texture that almost dissolves as you eat it. Each bag is 40g.
No refrigeration needed for freeze dried. Store in a cool, dry place and keep the bag sealed between snacking.
