Everything I make starts with the same lineup — chews, caramels, lollipops, and freeze dried candy. What I can do for you is take any of those and build it in a flavor or color combination that doesn't exist on the website yet.
If you're planning a wedding, a corporate event, a birthday, or anything where the details matter, I can match your palette, work with a flavor profile you have in mind, and package it in a way that fits the occasion.
What This Looks Like in Practice
Funky's Hot Sauce had me make several batches of lollipops, each one mixed with a different hot sauce flavor from their lineup. That sweet-heat combination is something else. Marie's Bees, a local honey producer, commissioned a batch of Lemon Honey Lollipops. On the caramel side, a custom order with warming spices turned into what I'm now calling a Dirty Chai Caramel — customers described it as "a little bite of Christmas." I also made a small batch of Cayenne Apple Chews for a customer who wanted that heat-meets-fruit combination. Custom flavor work is some of my favorite to take on.
What's Available for Customization
Custom flavors and colors are available across chews, caramels, lollipops, and freeze dried candy. I can work with your flavor preferences and color palette. If a combination requires ingredients I don't currently stock, there may be additional sourcing time and cost involved — we'll talk through that before anything is finalized.
Pricing & Minimums
Custom orders start at $500. Custom work takes more time than a standard order — I'm adjusting recipes, sourcing specific ingredients, and often running small test batches before final production. Pricing runs about 20% above standard retail rates to reflect that.
To give you a sense of what $500 looks like in practice:
- Chews: approximately 28 bags
- Caramels: approximately 23 bags
- Lollipops: pricing varies per order — I'll work through that with you
- Freeze dried candy: approximately 35 bags
These are estimates. Final pricing is always confirmed before you commit to anything. Turnaround time is determined per order — size, complexity, and current production schedule all factor in. I'll give you a realistic timeline when we talk through the details.
