Süss Candy Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may vary due to order volume or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Estimates
• Any transit times or delivery dates provided by our carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Delays can occur due to weather, peak holiday seasons, or other carrier-related issues that are beyond our control.
3. Carrier Responsibility
• Once a package leaves our facility, responsibility for delivery and any potential delays passes to the chosen carrier.
• Süss Candy is not liable for carrier delays or failures, including, but not limited to:
• Inclement weather
• Operational backlogs
• Other service disruptions
4. Shipping Costs & Refunds
• Shipping costs are determined by the carrier and are displayed at checkout before payment is finalized.
• Süss Candy does not offer refunds on shipping fees if deliveries exceed the estimated delivery window or if carrier delays occur.
• If you believe you may be entitled to a shipping refund for delayed services, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.
5. Incorrect or Insufficient Address
• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid and complete shipping address.
• Süss Candy is not responsible for shipments returned or lost due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customers will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
• Süss Candy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
• In the event your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim using the tracking number provided.
• We are happy to assist you in any way possible, but ultimate liability rests with the carrier.
7. International Shipping
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
• Delivery times for international shipments can vary significantly and are influenced by customs processes and other international factors.
• Süss Candy is not liable for any additional costs or delays that may arise during international transit or customs processing.
