Watermelon Chews

Watermelon candy gets a bad reputation because most of it tastes like watermelon-scented lip balm. This is not that. The botanical flavoring I use from Natures Flavors or Olive Nation is cleaner and closer to the real thing than anything artificial gets.

The color is red radish, a plant-based pigment that gives a bright, natural pink. Ingredients are straightforward: organic unsalted butter, glucose syrup, and pure granulated cane sugar.
