Same blue raspberry chews I make, but with a fizzy coating that gives you a little extra something on the tongue. The flavor comes from Olive Nation, botanically sourced. The base is the same as always: organic unsalted butter, glucose syrup, and pure granulated cane sugar.
Color is spirulina. The fizzy coating is a blend of citric acid and baking soda, similar to what you'd find in a sour candy but with that effervescent pop rather than pure tartness. Each 80g resealable bag has 10 to 11 individually wrapped chews.

Keep at room temperature. Refrigeration will extend freshness.
