Blue raspberry with a citric acid/sugar coating. The sour hits first, then the flavor settles in behind it. I use blue raspberry flavoring from Olive Nation, botanically sourced, with that bold, tangy character that's become one of my most popular flavors.
The base is organic unsalted butter, glucose syrup, and pure granulated cane sugar. Spirulina provides the blue color. Each 80g resealable bag has 10 to 11 individually wrapped chews.
