I use an organic piña colada extract from Natures Flavors for these, and it makes a difference. Botanical-sourced, not synthetic, with a flavor that's closer to actual pineapple and coconut than most candy versions manage.
The base is organic unsalted butter, glucose syrup, and pure granulated cane sugar. Turmeric gives them a warm golden color. Each 80g bag has 10 to 11 individually wrapped chews and reseals to keep them fresh.

Store at room temperature away from direct heat. Refrigeration extends freshness.
