Cherry has always been one of my favorites to make, and this one is a little love letter to it. These soft Cherry Rose Chews start with the same clean, classic cherry I have made for years, then I add just a whisper of organic rose from Natures Flavors. The rose is quiet on purpose. It rounds out the cherry and gives it a soft floral lift without ever taking over. The red comes from beet and red radish, both plant-based, for that deep natural color. Soft, chewy, and handmade in small batches, this is cherry with a little something extra.
