These are one of my favorite things I make. The blueberry and lemon come from Olive Nation, and the lavender is sourced from Natures Flavors. Getting the lavender right took some work. Too much and it tastes like soap. Too little and you can't find it at all. What I landed on is subtle but it's definitely there, this soft floral note that rounds out the fruit without competing with it. The color comes from purple carrot. Soft, chewy, and a little more grown-up than your average fruit chew.
